WHITE, KOCH, KELLY & McCARTHY, P.A. is a progressive and diversified law firm with long-established roots in Santa Fe, New Mexico.  The firm is the successor to a partnership formed in 1917 between A.B. Renehan and Carl H. Gilbert.  Since its formation, the firm has experienced significant growth in all practice areas and anticipates continued growth through the addition of lawyers who share our commitment to legal excellence and client service.

The firm consists of 7 lawyers/shareholders, grouped into two principal areas of practice.  These areas of practice are:  Litigation, which includes general commercial litigation, employment law, water rights, insurance, construction, real estate, domestic relations, and criminal defense; and Commercial, which includes real estate, business organization, natural resources, water law, public utilities, cooperatives, commercial and residential leasing, estate planning, wills and trusts, and estate and trust administration.  In each of  these areas, members of the firm are respected as leaders of the legal profession by their peers.  All attorneys have served in local, state and national bar associations and have served on boards of community and charitable organizations.  The individual areas of concentration are supplemented by continuous cooperation and interaction among lawyers in all areas of the firm's practice.
